Heucobatch consists of granules of pigment dispersed in an EVA / wax carrier, the particles being uniform in shape and approximately 0.8 mm in diameter. It is completely dust-free and has excellent flow properties. For these reasons, Heucobatch can be dosed very easily and precisely, even if small quantities are required.

Heucobatch contains optimally-dispersed pigments which guarantee maximum colour strength and low colorant cost. As a manufacturer of both organic and inorganic pigments, Heubach has the technical skill to develop optimal colour solutions in co-operation with the end-user. Some of the Heubach shades contain lead pigments, but lead-free equivalents are available in all cases.

The carrier system as been selected to have excellent compatibility with rigid PVC. The melting range of 95 - 105°C prevents early agglomeration and ensures quick disperson. Heucobatch is therefore equally suitable for extruder and mixer dising : in both cases, the result will be streak-free.

All of the grades listed are suitable for the colouration of PVC pipes and fittings. Heucobatch can also be used in the polyethylene pipe industry, as well as in cross-linked polyethylene. Other possible areas of use are PVC profiles, window profiles, foamed PVC, solid extruded sheets and PVC cable sheathing.
